1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lenselot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Lenselot is a web-based tool for systematic manual coding of spreadsheet datasets. We provide a hosted environment for uploading data, defining codebooks, and labelling rows.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the data you upload. By uploading data to Lenselot, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you use in Lenselot.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lenselot to upload or process data that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds except where required by law.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including Supabase, Vercel, or Stripe outages.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lenselot is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lenselot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
